Yellow tooth
I do brush regularly twice. Yet i have bad breath mostly in the afternoon time and i also have yellowish tooth both inside and outside..wht should i do? I use colgate .

Hello, bad breath could be because of deposits on teeth surface or food lodged in between teeth. Visit a dentist and get your scaling and polishing done. Brush your teeth twice daily, night brushing is very important. Floss regularly. Rinse after every meal. Visit dentist every 6 months.

Floss at least once a day. Proper flossing removes food particles and plaque from between your teeth,.... Adjust your diet. Avoid food and beverages that can cause bad breath. Avoid sticky, sugary foods....
