Yellow teeth

My cousin has yellow teeth and that looks little bad. It has a smell also and in morning it smells more.
Please suggest something to permanently remove this.

yellowish colour of teeth and bad breath is because of tartar accumulation on teeth. professional cleaning of teeth (scaling) is required to remove tartar deposits so that her natural healthy teeth can be restored.
