Xray says LossofLumbarLordosis flat back
I've been suffering from lower back pain since last 2 weeks .. I'm having physiotherapy from last 10 days .. only few hours after therapy I got relief rest of the time same pain . Physiotherapist ask me to xray.. my xray report says I've loss of lumbar lordosis and muscle spasm.. and physiotherapist says I also have problem of flat back.. What should I do.? Since there is loss of lordosis it could mean inflammatory low backache if there is morning stiffness or muscle spasm if there is no morning stiffness
