U have cavity .get a better x ray ,to know how big the cavity get bitwig x ray

You can get a Dental Restoration (filling) done. Root canal is not required as per your X-ray.

In your ist xray acc to me we can do simple filling also...as caries is not reaching pulp....so i will advise to do temporary filling till 1 week if you are not having pain you can proceed with gic or composite filling .....if you still have pain than go for Rct

Get temporary filling done for the tooth, wait for 2 weeks. If no pain associated, get permanent filling done.
