I'm having this wrist pain since a month and it has deteriorated as i lift weights in the gym. Now it is causing lot of problem. It hurts when i rotate my wrist. There is no swelling or bruises. Hurts when supinated and loaded with weights.

I can understand your concern,
this could be due to some muscle tear which you might have had due to sudden force on the muscles.
apply a ice pack over the area and give them a little rest.
they tend to heal over time.
you should keep in mind that whatever workout you do at the gym should be gradual, meaning the intensity and the severity should be increased gradually.
consult a orthopedicain in person for further evaluation and management.
