Wrist pain
My wrist is really hurting , not necessarily when I touch it, it only hurts a little when I touch it, but when I completly swivel it or move it , it really hurts. It’s not warm or really swollen, sometimes when I move it, it pops but not all the time. It started hurting this afternoon, and I don’t remember doing anything necessarily straining. Thanks!
