My wrist is paining around the trapezium area. While I move the wrist in circles, that area pains. This is creating problem while writing as my writing posture causes pain to the area.

If there is a pain while moving ur wrist in circle means u might also be having tfcc affection. U need to use wrist support or modify ur grip posture. See an orthopaedic consultant or hand surgeon to help u better.
