Wrist pain
My wrist is paining a lot after I started going to tennis classes. My coach told it is due to wrongly using my wrist action for swinging the racket. It's been a week and the pain did not go away but no swelling. What should I do

It's true that in the beginning till you get the strength in your forearm and wrist muscles you will have pain . that too in Tennis Racket is heavy , try to learn to hold Racket properly , in between take rest , if pain doesn't subside consult orthopedic surgeon

hi, holding the Racquet properly is very important, before you start playing in a court, please request your coach to teach you holding/using the Racquet while you are playing a ghost game and take you through various moves, use ice packs to relieve your pain, improve your wrist strength
