Wrist Pain
I always experienced a similar kind of pain in my forearms while performing Biceps exercise, but one day due to sudden increment in weight i injured my inner part of wrist, it's been a month now and the pain is still there, I've been on rest for the past 15 days, whether or not should i go to gym or continue resting?

you could be having a ulnar ligament injury. you have to give rest and get physiotherapy done with medicines. start weight training after pain has subsided with minimum weights and more repetitions. slowly increase the weight over a period of three to four weeks. consult an Ortho surgeon.
