Hi I'm 28 years old male I'm getting the wrist pain of left hand and I have applied some pain killer cream and taken painkiller tablet but it is not reducing. I'm lean is it due to any vit deficiency help me

Hi there I understand your concern... pain may be due to different causes like calcium deficiency, vit D deficiency, blocked arterial supply to particular portion of hand,trauma to the part,nerve compression,carpal tunnel syndrome, joint disorders etc...so detalied clinical examination is necessary to diagnose the problem... Consult nearest orthopedic surgeon they will do the needful.
