Dear sir my wrist joint bone silghtly disallocted from there place but my hand working normally I have little bit pain I also councelted Dr dubhey (shujalpur) but he told me we need to doing operation please suggest what will I do

In any dislocation...wrist cannot be normal..so it means itsNOT dislocated..probably. By the way slight dislocation(as you feel) is called as SUBLUXATION
