If your orthopaedic has allowed you to start exercises. You can start with closing opening movements of fingers, hold folded towel in the palm and press it with fingers, take a clay dough and pull out clay from it with fingers using thumb and each finger. What is the duration of your fracture? Did you take recheck X-ray? You can start strengthening exercises and stretching exercises only after assessing whether the fracture is healed or not. You should consult a Physiotherapist or Orthopaedist for further evaluation and treatment.
