Wrist bone pain due to weight lifting
Hello. I am regular at the gym and I lift moderate to heavy weights since quite some time. Since last two weeks, I have developed pain in the left hand wrist bone, the ulnar side. I have taken rest for a week and applied ice several times. The pain reduced but is beginning to come up again after I have started weights again at the gym. Also my left wrist bone on ulnar side is slightly bigger that my right hand bone. Pls advise me how I can get rid of this problem.
