Wrist and Thumb Pain
I have wrist pain and thumb Pain while I extend or move my thumb upwards the pain of which radiate towards wrist and below elbow. The pain is very sharp.

Could be tenosynovitis around wrist joint. I recommend you to Avoid heavy weight lifting, ice fomentation n Analgesics..

This could be de quervains tenosynovitis Give rest to thumb Apply wrist and thumb split Ice packs Pain killers for 2 3 days Consult online/ offline for further management

This pain may be due to acute inflammation of the tendons going towards radial side/thumb.
Next Steps
You can start with ice fomentation,  take analgesic and anti inflammatory medicine,  apply analgesic ointment, avoid movements of wrist and thumb..
