Hi, if you have cleaned the wound for a week with wound solution (Betadine etc) and followed general precautions, now that scab has formed the chances of it getting infected are minimal.
However look for danger signs like redness, pain at site of wound, yellow discharge from wound, fever. Please share pics on WhatsApp 861830679five
