I have met an accident , but my wound has burning sensation which medicine should i take for burning sensation or injection tell me please I am taking monocef and diclofenac injection once time a day .. as per general physician advice but i got burning sensation at the wound.. please suggest me only i have problem with burning sensation advice me medicine

The wound's location and extent need to be seen.  Wound culture swab should ideally be done find out if its infected. Appropriate antibiotics can be started as per the culture report. If you're diabetic the sugar needs to be controlled.

It is advised to meet an orthopedic consultant to show your wound and injury to provide you with appropriate medicines as you are already taking injectable medicines. Meanwhile, it is safe to take Dolo 650 SOS (2-3 times a day) for pain and burning.
