Yesterday i was sleeping and around 2 am i woke up with a bit increased heartbeat. I had drinks Yesterday and had acidity issue too i think. I woke up and forces my self to vomit and it was hell sour, even teeth became hard, was that waking up and having slight raised heartbeat is related to acidity etc or is it some cardiac concern? I had ecg and tmt last week and were normal

Ecg is looking normal so don't worry bcz acidity also have these kind of symptoms just take antacid you feel better.
