Wishing for a depression test
Hi! I go to therapy about once a week. Straight to the point, I want to be tested for depression or any depressive disorder and I've shown interest in it to my therapist. The thing is, the place I go to don't really do diagnoses, they could direct me to a place that does. The problem is I'm afraid to ask my therapist straight on because I'm afraid she'll judge me. I don't know why I want to be tested and I'm afraid of it saying I'm not depressed. I need advice on this from a proffesional veiw.
