Depression
Hi I've been suffering with recurrent depression for the past one year. I've tried therapy but didn't work. Can you please advise on whether I should be taking a mild antidepressant?

I understand your concern. If your depression runs chronic and not responding to therapy then you would benefit with a mild dose of antidepressant for sure. Because long standing depression is not good for your mental health and may cause biochemical abnormalities in the brain. I would be more than happy to help you with that. You can directly consult with me through Practo. Online chat consultation is available.

Then, try a different therapist instead... Resolving your reason for depression is most important than, suppressing it பீர் time being.
Next Steps
Consult a psychologist in your city personally.
