Hi, Compatible exams can cause a lot of frustration and stress. First, you can learn to deal with your negative beliefs about your own self. You can use various cognitive strategies to challenge these irrational beliefs ( first identify them and write them down) and replace them with rational ones. At the same time, try to identify your talents and strengths. List them down and also think how these can help you become successful in life. Disability doesn't exist in the person but it exists because of the way our society is structured. You should find a way to deal with the flawed structure of the society in order to showcase your true talent and capabilities.
Next Steps
You can listen to motivating videos( TedX talks). Talking to a counselor might help you in coming up with effective coping strategies to manage your stress

Your physical disability may or may not be treatable, but your low mood is definitely treatable. High expectations with limited resources is often a cause of worry. You need to have hopes and broaden your views at life.
Next Steps
