Wish to have a proper diet plan.
I am not gaining weight. My current weight is 55 Kg and height is 169 cm. I am eating health foods. How should I change my diet plan to gain weight. I think whether I have mal absorption of food. I have checked my thyroid and it is normal. Celiac diseases also check and I am not having.

To improve your fitness and gain lean body weight you need to follow a structured diet plan and exercise program customised to suit your lifestyle likes dislikes and health goals. You can follow a high protein diet. Include Curd , Paneer, Dal , Pulses, egg whites, chicken fish in your diet. Also eat sufficient fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts and  dry fruits. Avoid junk food, fried food and sweets
