Attaching a clinical and radiological picture will be helpful to diagnose your condition. Irrespective of swelling is outside or within your oral cavity ,it indicates infection either from the tooth itself or from the surrounding soft tissue.

Hi The swelling and pain from your wisdom teeth can be due to various causes. Since there is no X-ray or photo attached, it is very difficult to come to a conclusion as to what is causing swelling and pain. You need to visit a near by dentist and have a look at it clinically and get a X-ray done, if recommended.

Hie....reason being that ur teeth is erupting that's y causing pain. Consult a nearby dentist and go for an x-ray for knowing about status of eruption of teeth...if tooth eruption is not correct then u have to go for an extraction...

Hi. If a wisdom tooth is troubling you it's better to get rid of it. Still an x-ray of the same would have helped. Warm water( not too hot) gargle with salt in it can help you till you visit a dentist.
