First of all you need to get you left lower wisdom tooth removed immediately as it already creating cavity to the next tooth which will further need a treatment .
Your upper one tooth was removed i suppose, so get them placed otherwise the adjacent tooth is already getting cavitated, will loose its biting force .

Lower right wisdom tooth needs to b extracted because its malaligned and is causing food lodgement n hence the adjacent tooth got carious... If u r not ready for extraction then u can delay it but adjacent tooth should b treated asap... Upper premolars are also carious and r in need of treatment...

Your right lower wisdom tooth needs to be removed.
Removal of that tooth will also prevent damage to the adjacent tooth.
Rest, you will need restorations/fillings for some teeth which have caries including adjacent tooth of wisdom tooth on right side.

As per this x ray u required to remove ur right wisdom tooth becoz it started causing decay to 2and last,u required rct/restoration for right second last tooth in lower jaw
Upper two premolars on right side required Root canal treatment and crown.
