Wisdom tooth problem
Hi, Im suffering from pain in my wisdom tooth. Difficulty in swallowing and slight swelling is there on left side of mouth.
Plz advice me what to do for this?

First you need to check your wisdom tooth is erupted or it's locked inside jaw bone. If it's inside bone no other option then going for removal if it's erupted completely with the.above mentioned symptoms there are certain less invasive procedures other than removal that your dentist will explain you. If wisdom tooth is affected by cavities and infection it will go for removal.

Maintain good oral hygiene. Use mouthwash. Apply ice from outside to the swelling. Visit dentist at the earliest for clinical examination and x ray.

Check it whether it is a wisdom tooth or else other, by visiting a dentist or else share the images. Permanent solution to treat wisdom tooth is extraction/ Tooth removal.

I would. Advise u to pls visit dentist and get physical examination. If the tooth is wisdom tooth and it's impacted, the best solution would be to get it extracted. If its any other tooth, then we would see if we can save the same by root canal treatment. I would need physical examination to confirm if the pain is because of wisdom tooth or tooth adjacent to it. Meanwhile u can take enzoflam tablet.

Pls dont rely on medications as they are pain killer and antibiotics to help you in emergency but won't resolve the root cause of the problem
