Wisdom tooth paining alot
Last week, my wisdom tooth had been drilled and they have placed cement on it they didn't remove the tooth. They informed me tooth developed in wrong direction. After putting cement jaw under wisdom tooth is paining alot swollen . I have exams in 2 week can go for removal of wisdom tooth?

Removal of the offending wisdom tooth should be done at the earliest under proper antibiotic coverage. Healing usually takes 5 to 7 days but discomfort will end in 2 to 3 days.  Still clinical evaluation and co relation is required.

Definitely you need to get impacted wisdom tooth removal if it’s troubling you. Healing occurs in 5-7 days.

its better u get it removed as the healing will happen in 7days so that u can concentrate on the exams

Yes you can get it removed but before that antibiotic premedication might be required based on your symptoms and evaluation of the root of the tooth needs to be done by an x-ray called OPG. There will be some instructions that you need to follow for 3 to 4 days, so getting the treatment done as soon as possible will be recommended so that you are comfortable by the time your exams come.
