Wisdom tooth Malposition
Sir I am having right jaw pain and not able to open the mouth completely. Chewing is also a bit painful. Sometimes pain resides, however it is coming back. I had a dental x-ray. The doctor said that, my wisdom tooth is malpositioned and needs to be removed. She told Lower teeth also pressing against it and making the jaw more painful. Xray attached. Please suggest is it a good choice go for extraction.

Before coming to an opinion it is necessary to examine you clinically.  X rays only support a clinical diagnosis.  If your wisdom tooth is causing you pain and restricted mouth opening time and again then its better to get it removed. Visit an oral and maxillofacial surgeon for the same. Hope it helps

If your wisdom tooth is tender and causing problem during wide opening of teeth then it can be due to wisdom tooth (provisions diagnosis)but Radiographic examination should be correlated with oral examination for final diagnosis . After final diagnosis you can  go for extraction.
