Hello ma'am, the OPG picture is not so clear.
As an oral and maxillofacial surgeon I would suggest you extraction of wisdom tooth because wisdom tooth was not able to come totally out of bone. It's an distoangular impaction. As space in your jaw might be small (not enough) because of small jaw size and large tooth size that is why it is partially impacted in bone on the distal side.
Clinical examination is also important to see the exact situation.

Only over the counter medicines will not work. you will feel relief for some days and again it will cause pain so it would be better if you visit the clinic.
A clinical check up is must. Even your second last molar looks infected. But the OPG only can't be enough to confirm. Only antibiotics will not be helpful unless the needed treatment done.
