A normal wisdom tooth with normal alignment and normal function need not be removed. Make sure ur brush reaches even the back of the wisdom tooth if it has to b trouble free in the future

Hi, if its not paining why to extract those tooth. Simply maintain proper oral hygine and keep visiting your dentist every six months for regular check up. If any decay or something starts intervention can be done.

Wisdom teeth can cause trouble if the jaw is small. If however you have no pain, and your dentist has seen the OPG and not recommended an extraction, please dont worry. Maintain hygiene by brushing and flossing. Keep special attention to the tooth however, as 3rd molars have a high chance of caries due to their position.
