The green portion between gums and cheek is my wisdom tooth. I have bad teeth health due to heredity. Got my upper wisdom tooth extracted few months back for it was growing bent and created ulcers on my cheek. Recently my lower jaw started paining and I discovered this. What should I do? I anyway need braces for all dentists say I have uneven teeth.

In case it is stuck inside the bone it has to be removed

Hello mam. That is because of cheek biting... Primary treatments is trim all sharp cusp of the teeth... Take tab ketorol od if pain is more apply dologel CT in affected area. Chlorhexidine mouth wash twice daily for one week.
