Good afternoon , just wanted to know if the extraction is always required. I have had pain bothering me for last 2 days. On anti inflammatory pain meds and augmetin. Can it get resolved by itself. I am 32 right now.

Looks like a perfect case of all four impaction. Sir the impacted tooth does not have enough space to erupt and also it is tilted mesially. Food lodgement in that area will lead to recurrent bouts of infection known as pericoronitis and also decay the molar in front. Coming back to your question, it has to be extracted. The more you delay, the more damage it will cause.
