Consequence of wisdom teeth: ** Food impaction and bad breathe **Difficulty in opening your mouth **Jaw soreness **Jaw swelling **Pericoronitis The treatment includes removal of teeth followed by analgesics and antibiotics

impacted wisdom tooth and its have cavity, i only recommend its extraction as soon as possible, if u keep it for more time in ur mouth cavity may progress and transfer to nearby tooth Reason for wisdom tooth impaction is short of space in your jaw unfortunately such problems have only treatment EXTRACTION so don't worry and don't think more its a painless (short term pain )procedure

Horizontal impaction with caries , it needs to be  sugically removed   i.e.disimpaction .  Upload ur xray .

If your wisdom tooth is horizontally placed and also there is cavity in it then it's better to get it removed as early as possible. Plz share your x-ray to get the clear picture.
