Wisdom tooth extraction
I got my upper jaw left side last molar extracted on saturday i.e. 11th.. what precautions should i take, what food i can eat and when can i have alcohol or beer

You need to take care of that area. You need to avoid smoking and alcohol for at least 3 weeks because it interferes with your healing.

avoid hard, spicy and hot foodstuffs. Take liquid food, soft diet. Do lukewarm water and salt gargles...took 1 spoon of salt in half glass of  lukewarm water and gargle for 4 to 5 times in a day and do it for 4 to 5 days. simultaneously apply ice pack for 4 to 5 times compulsory and apply for at least 10 to 15 minutes.

It been already 3 days now... No restrictions on food... Can have everything u want except too hard stuff which may traumatize the site for 4-5 more days... Alcohol also u may have if ur medications do not include metronidazole or other drugs of same grup...

warm saline rinses 4-5 times a day will help in healing faster for 3 days...

Take soft diet , avoid hot thing like tea coffee, you can use salt water gargle after 3 days of extraction.

after one week, visit your dentist for checkup.
