hello sir as per your complaint see this could be a possibility that wisdom tooth may have got infected and now it is causing problem to its surrounding structure and this may further damage the periodontium which may be causing occasional bleeding

i would recommend you to get consulted as soon as possible so that wisdom tooth can be removed and few investigations will be done prior to extraction of the tooth you may contact us for further consultation
In case of severe infection of the impacted tooth ,the infection can spread to vestibule and may cause problems associated with dizziness, you need to get an opg done to accurately diagnose the condition.
If there is infection of the impacted tooth then antibiotics and analgesics will be given and if there is no associated infection of the tooth then consult an ENT.
