Hi there ....please visit a nearby dentist and get it diagnosed properly with xrays ...
If the tooth appears to be locked inside the bone ...then u can get it extracted ...
Anyways wisdom tooth will not help you in any way...
Take care ...!!!
If wisdom teeth are mal positioned or with lack of space to erupt in x ray then don't go for any other treatment except removal of the wisdom teeth as they are vestigial part of human body and may be problematic at any age.
Pain associated with wisdom teeth requires definitive treatment like minor surgical intervention to extraction. Ultrasound therapy would be more beneficial post extraction of wisdom teeth. You need to decide between transient relief with medication, ultrasound therapy, etc to a more definitive treatment. So as i have mentioned in many of the posts earlier here uploading an x-ray pic would help the clinician to facilitate and judge the treatment you need.
If wisdom tooth is half erupted and locked in bone or in other words not come out fully which is causing pain, difficulty in swallowing, removal is the only best and permanent option.
