Why heart rate increaes during eating
Hi.. my heart increases and tends to be at 110 -120 rpm while having lunch or breakfast. While after i finished eating it falls to 100-90 rpm. I generally track this with my smart band. Should I worry about it ?

It’s normal to have higher heart rate during meals or physical activity. But your resting heart rate is high. Need to know further details for proper assessment

It looks normal. No need to worry. If it is going persistently beyond 120 bpm, needs evaluation

Heart rate increase during exercise is a normal phenomenon. Because your heart has to pump more blood to digestive system, it increases.
