Why can't get active labour
I'm 37 weeks pregnant. Still I'm not getting my labour pain. My first child was born around 36 weeks. So I'm doing walking butterflies and squats. Still not able to activate labour. Pls suggest the best and Faster way to activate it. I don't wanna get C section. Pls I want to birth naturally

Wait till 40 weeks gestation for onset of labour pains  and weekly NST   ..

You can wait till 40 weeks for spontaneous onset of labor pains. At 40 weeks if stil you don't have pains you can go for induction of labor
