Im having white coating on tounge from 4 days...bitter mouth also...i went to ENT he said its lack of vitamins...im having vitamins but still no use...i stopped tobacco 3 months back...i dont have tatste problem...just white coating and bitter mouth im worried plz help

The tongue does not appear very white or coated. Is there any altered taste or any burning. Do clean ur tongue twice a day while Brushing teeth.
