White spots on throat wall
I have this white spots inside my throat for 7 months now, I used to have sore throat sometimes but now it's normal, can you please help me explain what is this? Really really scared, also- I don't have any fever or any conditions. Attached a picture for your reference. Too scared please help, thanks!
