White spot on throat
Age 33 having this white spot on both tonsilis for the last 5 month. But they r not growing large. No fever no pain in throat while swallowing or drinking. I kiss someone 5 month ago. After that i am having this problm. In first 2 month i had sore throat in morning. But it substitute now. Only problm having this little white spot on both tonsilis. Do i catch some type of infection after kissing someone or its internal problm. I will be very thankful for ur support

It's tonsillolith tonsil stone. It is because of food particles stuck in tonsilar crypt. Just do gargle after eating anything. You can use betadine gargle

As tonsils have crypts and grooves so many a times food get stuck there and turns into an tonsillolith . Many a times its not symptomatic, no need to worry if not symptomatic like bad breath or recurrent sore throat.

Observe for increase in size or pain while swallowing If nothing then Just use betadine gargle thrice daily
