White Spots on Legs
Hello, I have small white spots on my leg and i noticed these 2 yrs back. Size of these spots are not growing as such but still I am little worried about these. I want to understand what are these white spots??

This is most likely idiopathic guttate hypomekanosis.need more details

Hello. This spot is either  idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis or post inflammatory hypopigmentation. It is harmless ageing spot.

They look like idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis but I will require a larger picture of your leg to get to to confirmed diagnosis . treatment of this type of lesions requires a lot of questions and answers and detailed discussions.
