White spots in throat and pain

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Hello, having throat pain with white spots inside throat which is increasing with time. its almost 2 months now. throat and surroundings are paining.taking throat aid tablet. but not sure if its helping. bit concern now. please guide what exactly happen to me and what medicine will help. attaching pics.
