White spots in body
My father is 63 y/o. Recently we have noticed some white spots on his body. First spot was appeared 5years ago. Now there are 10-15 on the chest and back area. The spots are grain sized and non itchy. Is it first stage vitiligo? will it be spreaded on face?
(My fathers maternal uncle's family had a history of vitiligo)
Should we consult to some doctor? Can it be reversed? Can medications help? we don't want to go through laser therapy or anything.

Detailed history and clear images are required for correct diagnosis and treatment. All white spots are not vitiligo. Do not panic. In this age few other conditions can also occur.
