It is due to friction of adjoining teeth the trauma has caused the ulcers.
Pls video consult and take appointment.
One of the teeth might have to be removed.
Hello sir,
Hope you are doing good. The white spot on your mouth as shown in picture is due to continuous friction caused by biting of wisdom teeth. Please do visit us and get your wisdom teeth extracted as the upper wisdom teeth grows in outward direction it causes friction while hitting on lower tooth along with the inner side of cheek. Please stop smoking as it may aggrevate the problem leading to cancer. Please share the picture of lump.
Next Steps

Please stop smoking. For further counselling to stop smoking please contact us.
Hello patient,
Don't get panic, the white spot is there because your cheek gets in between the upper and lower wisdom teeth while biting.
So white spot and smoking doesn't have any relation between them.
You were talking about the lumps on lip area. I would like to see it before making any comment.
