White spot on body skin

Asked for Female, 24 Years

From several days i found some white spot on my legs, arms and other body parts. Image is attached for reference. Now i am panic regarding this spot. Kindly suggest me what should i do now? And for what reason this spot is on my skin? Is it normal or i have to show specialist. Plz suggest.. Thanks
