White spot like a white mole on face
2 weeks back a white spot appeared on my face. It looks like a white mole. No itch, no bump, a kind of discoloration in the size of a mole. Please find photo attached. I am under treatment for iui. So I take, thyronorm 150 mcg, glycomet 500 mg, folivite, susten 200 mg, if required. My gynaec predicted it could be due vitamins deficiency. Can someone suggest a natural or ayurvedic way to clear the spot n make it look normal like before
