All white spot is not vitiligo some time it is fungal. So don’t judge like this you have to consult properly because it is very deep problem you have to send proper image and we need your proper family history medical history after that we start proper treatment for this. Don’t get delay in taking treatment because in initial stage it is possible to treat this white patches and stop from spreading .
