White small bumps near groin area.

I have noticed these white small or flesh colored bumps in my groin area. They are their for few months. They are not painful or itchy. I had last time sexual activity in mid Oct 2024. I was not active and had just one partner that too long distance. But I came to know he was with multiple girls before I met him. I asked him to do tests in april 2025 he came negative. I had test in april 2024 I was negative and had pap smear test too. I am concerned and confused if I am having some normal condition or some sti. I live in europe so I have to wait for the appointment as it is vacation season. But if you can guide me I can go for the test privately. If it necessary I can ho for emergency. Please let me know, otherwise if I can wait it is normal I will wait for my appointment. I have attached the picture for the reference. Thank you.
