White bumps near and around urethra

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I'm 19 and think I have a yeast infection. I noticed small white bumps near my urethra and 2 near the opening of my vagina. It's very little itchy. I have no abnormal discharge, no burning, and no smell coming from my vagina.
