Good History of Present Illness, leukoplakia ( White lesion) need to be excised with soft tissue laser (of 810nm ARC Fox III the most precise laser which we have at Dental Affection, Bangalore) along with glycemic control , which produces minimum pain and discomfort. Apart from surgical excision etiology should be treated. ( Question is answered without clinical and histological observation and diagnosis)
