White patches on tongue

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Hello my dad has never smoked in life and never chewed tobacco so he developed some white patches on cheeks 2 years back and he had pain while chewing masala food but now that both white patches are gone and no pain and it's just below tongue so is this leukoplakia? And what is leukoplakia photos attached
